Overview of our services
AdMobius is a mobile audience management platform. We use our proprietary technology to create aggregate audience segments for our customers, which includes Ad Networks, Demand Side Platforms and Advertising Agencies. Our customers then use our solutions to assist with the delivery of targeted advertising campaigns across our supply partners, such as Ad Exchanges and Publishers.
The information we receive
In order to provide our services, we may receive demographic, location, behavioral or device information. This data is provided to us from applications and mobile web sites you visit or from companies that operate on applications and mobile web sites you visit. This information may include, but is not limited to, a device identifier, IP address, age range, geolocation, or the name of the visited application or web site. This information may be inferred or may have been provided directly to the application or site given your consent. We may combine the data we receive with third party data to create aggregate audience segments or provide audience analytics.
We may use clear gifs to help us understand the effectiveness of our audience segment data. Our advertising partners may embed an invisible clear gif when delivering ads that have utilized our audience segments.
How the information is used
We use the information we receive to create aggregate audience segments. We may also use the information we receive for other purposes, such as to provide market trend research or analytics. The segments we create are provided to our customers to assist them with determining which users on their network, application or site, may be displayed advertisements or relevant content related to the segment(s) in which our services have deemed the users are included. Our customers may also use third-party service providers, such as ad servers, to display advertising or other content that reflects a consumer’s inclusion in a segment. We do not authorize our customers to resell our segments or any of our data to third parties. Please note that our customers typically have their own data retention and privacy policies.
How the information is disclosed
After using the information we receive to create aggregated audience segments, we share the derived segments with our customers. We may share audience segments with third-party service providers (e.g., cloud processing and storage) in order for those service providers to perform business functions for us or on our behalf. We may also disclose the information we receive if we believe that we have a legal obligation to do so, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or in situations where we believe necessary to protect ourselves, our customers or users or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or poses a risk of being illegal or legally actionable activity. In addition, we may transfer all or some of the data discussed in this policy, in connection with a corporate merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other change in corporate status.
What we don’t do with data
- We don’t attempt to determine your name, phone number, email address or other contact information.
- We do not create segments related to sensitive interests, such as, medical conditions, certain financial situations, sexual preferences and products, and use of firearms, drugs or alcohol.
- We do not directly deliver ads.
- We do not intentionally collect data from, and do not tailor any segments to, children under 13 years of age.
Security of information
The security of information is important to us. Certain information provided to us (such as device identifiers), is anonymized using generally accepted hashing methods. We retain geolocation data separately from the other information we receive to ensure it is disassociated from a specific device during storage.
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the information we receive. However, no method of transmission, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Data retention
We retain the information we receive for up to six months. After six months, some of the information we have (e.g., anonymous logs) may be aggregated for statistical purposes and stored indefinitely, and the rest of the information is destroyed.

Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update our privacy policy from time to time. If we modify our policy, we will indicate when such terms are effective and will also update the “last updated” date. If we make a change to this policy that would result in a materially more permissive use of data that we collected before the effective date of the update, we will obtain prior affirmative consent from those affected users before implementing the change.

Our Corporate Website; our Marketing Practices
Our corporate website at www.admobius.com is designed for our clients, which are businesses in the advertising industry. We don’t collect personally identifiable information from users via our website unless users choose to provide it to us. We may use cookies and pixels on our Website to help us better understand how our Website is being used and to help our marketing programs. If you’d like us to update, correct, delete, or deactivate any personally identifiable information that you have provided to us on this website, please send your request to us at privacy@admobius.com and we will process your request within a reasonable period of time after receipt.
AdMobius has been awarded TRUSTe’s Privacy Seal signifying that this privacy policy and practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe’s program requirements including transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection and use of your information. The TRUSTed Data Program covers the information collected by AdMobius through their data services and does not cover information that may be collected on this web site.
